The Waqf Health Foundation (Athar) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Connect – Oman Exhibitions, the organizer and owner of the Oman Health Exhibition and Conference 2026, aimed at strengthening strategic cooperation between the two parties to support the health sector, expand community participation, and establish the concepts of health endowment in the Sultanate of Oman.
This memorandum comes within the framework of consolidating efforts to raise awareness of the importance of the Oman Health Exhibition and Conference, and enhancing its role in connecting healthcare service and product providers and users, including hospitals, medical centers, clinics, manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as supporting the participation of various segments of the community in the event.
The Foundation will also work to attract healthcare service providers to participate in the exhibition and promote the event through its network of partners and media platforms, in addition to supporting access to target communities across all governorates of the Sultanate of Oman through media campaigns and various communication channels.
Both parties affirmed their commitment to coordinating promotional and marketing messages, and working in the spirit of partnership to achieve the objectives of the memorandum, which will contribute to the success of the Oman Health Exhibition and Conference 2026, and promote awareness of the importance of health endowment and its role in supporting the sustainability of health services, in line with the health development targets in the Sultanate of Oman.
